About Monmouth Memorials
Monmouth Memorials is a family-run business, established by Nigel Cave in 1988.
Nigel began his career in 1979 with another local company of masons, where he first trained as a letter cutter and learned how to create memorials. Since then he has completed an NVQ in erecting memorials to enable him to become a BRAMM Registered Mason which allows him to work in any Authority Churchyard or cemetery in the UK.
As a headstone is a lasting tribute to a loved one, it is very important that the right choice is made and the correct advice is given.
At Monmouth Memorials we can supply new memorials and offer a free consultation service at your home or place of convenience.
We have experience in creating unique and bespoke carvings on traditional stones. We can also inspect and report on existing memorials in preparation for additional inscriptions and remedial work.
We also offer a repair service to inspect, report and fix unsafe memorials, using an accredited ground anchor system that meets the Standards of the NAMM code of working practice.
